On Wednesday September 2nd Rhode Islanders for Personal Privacy (RIPP) will be having an informational event at the Cumberland Public Library from 5 pm to 7 pm where we discuss the many issues with Flock cameras and other types of government and corporate surveillance. We will discuss the unfolding events around the state regarding the use of these technologies, especially concerning the recent lawsuit in Cumberland claiming that the cameras were used to identify a person and falsely arrest them.
